At Monofill Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.

• Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Refunds are initiated only after inspection at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed as per applicable RBI guidelines and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your bank account.

• Express Shipping:

  • Other locations: 2–6 working days
• International Shipping:
  • Express: 6–15 days
  • Economy: 10–30 days

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS or email.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for return or replacement.
• Returns without proper proof may not be eligible.
